64 oz. of certified organic grade B maple syrup (the minimum 6 drinks a day for 10 days),
cayenne pepper (enough for more than 100 drinks!),
non-iodized sea salt (enough for 28 days),
herbal laxative tea (enough for 16 nights),
and herbal mint tea (enough for more than 10 days). [The book, bottle and probiotics shown in the photo are optional, additional cost items.]
Suppliers sometimes run short, so the brands of maple syrup, tea, and/or cayenne pepper may be different from those pictured above.
(You'll have to supply your own lemons and purified or spring water, of course.)

Customer Rating: Summary: This made me sick. Comment: This shipped out really quick and I was looking forward to starting it. I did everything you're supposed to and lasted for two days. I stopped because I got really sick from it. The tea gave me horrible stomach cramps and I felt really dizzy- not to mention the lemonade tasted terrible. The syrup also tastes gross so I still have this huge thing of syrup just sitting in my cabinet. HOWEVER- in those two days, I did end up losing a couple pounds.
Customer Rating: Summary: Easiest way to source items needed for MC Comment: Fast shipping with all the necessary organic ingredients for the ten day cleanse. If you're looking to buy this kit you probably found the easiest way of collecting all the items that you have to have for the MC. Being in a comprehensive package which is sent to your doorstep takes all the burden of stress out of looking for individual items that are somewhat difficult to find on their own. At least in my neck of the woods. Good luck to all!
Customer Rating: Summary: Very pleased Comment: First time I ever tried this way of eliminating harmful toxins. I will say I usually do not believe half the stuff being said today. Through media, and all the informercials, I'm hard to convince, I'd say I'm a bit of a skeptic. However, on my fifth day I had already lost 5 lbs. It takes courage to maintain your will to continue the program but well worth the benifits and it's purpose. I felt better, my insomnia just at 5 days was no more now imagine benifits of all kinds at your 10th day. I'm happy I tried this
Customer Rating: Summary: Everything I needed. Great quality! Comment: I did the Master Cleanse for 20 days and this kit had everything I needed for a great price and at Amazon's very low shipping cost it was a great deal. These are the highest quality products recommended and while you may certainly deviate, I chose to follow the advice of thousands of others (catalogued in Peter Glickman's book, Lose Weight, Have More Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days) who had already done the Master Cleanse. You may find these products in high quality health food stores in big cities (though probably not at this package deal!). I live in a rural area and so obtaining these items online was more convenient for me.
Customer Rating: Summary: Batteries not included Comment: Without a doubt, the lemons are the best part of this semi fast, and you're going to have to go to the inconvenience of shopping for them in non-virtual space. So if you wish to save a few bucks, pick up the other ingredients while you're loading up on lemons (and, for that matter, purefied spring water). Some reviewers appear to be genuine in their testimonials about the benefits of the diet; others seem more impressed by their "heroic" accomplishment. Believe me, it's not that difficult. The morning quart of salt water is predictably off-putting, but from then on it's downhill for the rest of the day. One caveat: I didn't mind the maple syrup to cut some of the sourness of the lemons until I realized I was using a small fraction of the prescribed amount. Upon loading up my lemonade with the required quantities of syrup, the lemons lost their charm--and their fresh flavor. A solution (or dilemma): the 2nd most popular diet book (after Burroughs' Master Cleanse) is Elaine Gottschall's "Breaking the Vicious Cycle." Burroughs' demonizes honey, insisting that virtually any sweetener is preferable to a foul, predigested, empty if not toxic food like honey; Gottschall, on the other hand, disapproves of virtually all sweets, including maple syrup, with one notable exception: as a monosaccharide, honey gets an A+ from this teacher. So rather than decide upon a doctor or who you're going to believe, go for whichever of the two sugars you prefer. If it turns out that your body doesn't respond favorably to your natural inclinations, at least you've learned to distrust your instincts and listen to the other doctor next time.
