In only 20 minutes you can have a delicious New York Style Pizza with Carb Counter's Pizza Crust mix. It's delicious and so easy to make. Just add an egg, water and oil - mix and press onto a 12" round pizza pan or cookie sheet. Top with any low carb pizza sauce (make sure it has no sugar added) and add your favorite pizza toppings (most are already low carb!) and bake for 18 minutes! Also makes great flatbread, too! Just 3 net carbs per serving. Makes an 8 serving size pizza. Bag contains 2 inner packs- each inner pack makes one 12" pizza crust mix so you get 2 pizza crusts. Summary: Low Carb Pizza Crust Mix
Comment: This spreads out in a pan and sticks together pretty good. If you put enough "stuff" and pizza sauce on the top it isn't half bad. Since I put very little pizza sauce it lacks a lot to me. I shall continue to use it and prefect my own "stuff" to make it good.
