These pens offer maximum light-fastness and waterproof ink that is acid free.
The ink is pigmented (not dye based). This Manga set comes with five shades of gray that have a fine flexible brush tip; plus black in three nibs- brush superfine and medium.

Summary: My new pen of choice
Comment: As a cartoonist, I'm always on the lookout for the best tools to get my job done producting the highest possible qulaity in the shortest amount of time. These PITT pens from Faber Castell, I found on clearance at Michaels for 7.50 instead of 19.95. I bought one, tried them out, loved them, went back to buy the rest of their stock which was only one remaining set. These should last me awhile but I came to Amazon to find a place to restock when I've used up these pens. Highly recommended.

Comment: I got these pens just a little while ago. If you never used them your in for quite a good suprise! For twenty dollars it was in my mind a little pricey for pens, but I found out why: they have brush tips! When I drew with them I was so happy that my art work came out looking like something I took a paint brush to! The indian ink is a plus to, good colors.

Summary: I made a great purchase.
Comment: I was looking for some real good pens that I wanted to purchase that fitted my need. I was browsing and I found this product. I got to say that I was a little skeptic. I ordered them at the price of $19.95.
When I got them, I was looking at it and thought that this might be a bad idea. So, I opened them and examined them closely. I am an long time artist, and having pens that conveniently fits your style is a great thing. These pens were what I was looking for.
Its a set of pens with a small tip, medium tip, and the other six are bold tips with different shading color, from light gray to dark black color.
These pen don't use just ordinary ink but Indian ink which dissolves into the paper quickly leaving a nice art work.
The bottom line is, If you like drawing in pen and/or want something to make your drawing nice then I suggest the item for a very convenient price. This means that, when buying pens that are high quality, your looking at $24 and up just for one pen. I wish I had these when I was going to High School. That will remain the same.

Comment: The pens are fun to play with. I don't have a lot of experience with this kind of thing and I've never been to art school so I don't know good from bad. But, I enjoyed them.
