When I got the regular compression tights I found that the size large seemed kind of small around the waist. I can wear them but I would have been better off to get the XL. The cold weather tights in the same size fit perfectly. Don't know why there is a difference but there was. So be careful of sizing. The fabric is fairly thin so it is not for extreme temps. I use them in 30 degree weather and they are great!!
