Customer Rating: Summary: An Incredible Value Comment: This product is imperfect, yet for the money it is an incredible value. The manual is terrible, but was still able to get up and running with only a small hiccup (the speaker plugs are mislabeled in the manual). Plan on the added cost of external speakers, but unit does have an internal speaker (very poor) just in case. Picture is good, but not excellent, sound is mono. Also, with all the cables provided, the one cable you actually need (VGA) is not furnished. Plan on another $10.00 or so if you need to purchase one. On the plus side, the channels sweep very quickly, so it is not necessary to punch in channel numbers to move quickly around the dial-just hold down the up or down buttons and you are there in a few seconds.
Even with its imperfections, I love this product. If you have a spare computer monitor lying around and want an extra TV, buy it. I highly recommend. Customer Rating: Summary: Does the job.... Well. TV quality is pretty decent. Image quality, in general, is great. Component output does not seem to be full resolution. Seems like around 800x600. Still, quality is good, it's good to have use out of one of those nice LCD monitors I don't use because I have a notebook now.
Highly recommended. Decent price, good value for money.
Customer Rating: Summary: Awesome Product Comment: I couldn't be happier with this little device. I happened to have a 15" LCD that hangs around as a backup monitor - and needed a TV. I couldn't find any good deals on LCD TV's but I found this for about $65 and decided to give it a try. The picture looks great, it has lots of features, and I used a pair of external speakers to get decent sound. So far so good! It even had some features like picture in a picture that were above and beyond what I expected. I also didn't realize it would come with multiple inputs so I can still use it as a computer monitor when needed, without unplugging a bunch of cords. I was happier with this product than I thought I would be and highly recommend it. than this. The converter came with all the necessary cables

You hook up your cable connection and then you can view all the cable stations, with out a cable box, that are on your standard cable package. NNNIIIICCCEEE. Now i don't have to let my monitor collect dust. If you like your sound to be robust than you will need speakers. I just used my old computer speakers.
