Comment: I ordered this product and it was supposed to come with a hand pump to recharge it and it was not in the package. Furthermore, the company has not returned calls or e-mails. Buyers beware.

Comment: Was kind of surprised to see it came empty, but was easy to fill up and works great. Good and loud. Had to be refilled after 5 or 6 long blasts.
