Summary: What more could you want?
Comment: I have a small 20 gig hard drive in this enclosure, that I salvaged out of an old laptop. Installing the hard drive in the enclosure was simple and straightforward. Any computer that I've plugged this into has instantly recognized the drive with no problem. It is made of aluminum so it dissipates heat quickly and easily. The aluminum body seems to be a decent gauge thickness and feels very sturdy in your hand, although the ends are made of plastic. The enclosure also came with a very nice leather case that was not advertised. The only drawback being that it doesn't have any way of holding the usb connector cable along with the drive. So, while your drive will be protected, you have to carry the cable separately. Not really a deal breaker but a small annoyance nonetheless.
