It might not make your hair grow back (unless the hair loss was due to overuse of chemicals found in hair products), but it should drastically improve the health of your hair and follicles, help you keep the hair that you do still have, and make your hair appear fuller. I was experiencing some pretty bad hair loss (mostly a receding hair line) before I switched to Nioxin. I tried the three steps together (all number 4) and also the multivitamin complex. It has been 6 months of continuous use now and I have seen amazing results (starting after about 3 months). My hair is growing back all over (not just on the hair line) and I never had more volume (I have always had very thin hair). My hair now also feels healthy and light.
