The pajama top has soft feminine fluttery sleeves, floral appliques on the bodice yoke, and fabric covered buttons. The pants have an enclosed elastic waistband. Vanity Fair combines the silkiness of tricot with the easy wear and care of nylon. They just do not make pajamas like this anymore!
