Comment: I too had high hopes for this product but I have to say I don't look forward to drinking it. The part that bothers me the most is that it is clumpy unless you use a blender or shake it really really good but this also creates a lot of air so it the shake gets super frothy. This sounds yummy but its not (At least for my taste). I then have to drink it as fast as I can b/c it gets so thick it is impossible to drink without starting to gag. I believe this is why it makes you have the sensation of fullness. The fiber in the drink must gel up in your stomach and sit there. I guess when your trying to lose wieght you'll try anything. I do think that it could help you lose wieght if you liked drinking it though. It is healthier than the other wieght-loss shakes out there too.

Comment: In trying to lose weight I am open to pretty much trying everything. I had high hopes for this but sadly wasted my money. It is disgusting. I tried it with water and literally wanted to spit it out. I didn't try it with milk because I just can't imgaine chugging it down. I am sure it does the trick to make you full because it thickens up a lot, so make sure you used enough water or you could choke on it.
Overall if you have a strong stomach and can down anything that I say go for it. I tried the chocolate one as well and it was so bad.

Comment: I have try others meal replacement products, the popular ones with many ads, and no one has even come close to The Perfect Meal. It is really delicious, like a milk shake, and leaves you full, satisfied and with cero cravings. I take mine with fat free milk, I like it better than water. I replace my breakfast and diner with this, and sometime I even have it for snack... yes, is that delicious!
If you are trying to lose weight the healthy way, I would recomend you to try this, it's load with vitamins, minerals and probiotics, plus fiber.
