Summary: LG Burner easy to install and easier to use
Comment: Having been exposed to LG products with with my cell phone and my refrigerator, updating my dvd burner to LG was done with no hesitation. Burner is easy to install and even easier to use. It delivers burned discs quietly, and the finished burn is of excellent quality. For the price you can not beat the result. Highly recommended by a veteran radio programmer of over 20 years

Comment: This DVD burner is the best one i have ever owned. The software was very easy to install and i have not had any problems with it. I recomend this product to anyone that needs a good quality DVD burner/Player. For the low price you cant go wrong.

Summary: Mac/Toast Users Beware!
Comment: First off, my (not so) Superdrive crapped out so I installed this drive in an old Que! Firewire CD burner enclosure. Mac Burn Utility was able to make data discs on CD and DVD with no problem. Toast and Disco burned CDs okay, but were unable to burn DVDs (Video TS files) which is really why I purchased the drive. I made sure to use recommended media and still got the Writing Lead-In freeze. From my research to fix the problem it seems to be a common issue for Mac users.

Comment: I have had excellent luck with this drive. It is reliable and cheap. Have not tried the securedisk feature.

Comment: Product arrived on time, No problems with the install was burning Movies within an hour software that comes with has a good movie player just like a player hooked up to a TV, overall great DVD drive for the money.
