Summary: Great Recycling Solution
Comment: I have been looking for something to put into my garage that might organize my recycling, and I found these containers. After reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge. I have to say that these are perfect for what I wanted. I ordered 2 sets of them right off the bat. One set of them came in unharmed and all I had to do was assemble them ( a VERY easy task) and put them to use. The other package had been damaged in shipping which put a hole in the bottom of one of the containers. I could have lived with it, but I just couldn't do that after spending my hard earned money on this. Amazon was excellent to work with. I mailed my broken box back, along with the rest of that set (required for whatever reason), and there was another one on the way the same day. Received both shipments within 2 days of placing the order.
I personally like the tri-color look, my kids can visually identify which is which. I don't really expect the lids to continue to stay up on their own forever, but I just don't think it's that important to me. (Yes, all the lids stay up right now!)

Comment: two of the lids won't stay up when I'm trying to sort my recycling. Other than that, these are great! Lots of room in each one. Brightly color coded so it's easy to tell the little ones "That goes in the green bin and that goes in the blue." Definitely recommend to folks.

Comment: Bins arrived in short order and are happily ensconced in our garage to accept our recycling. My husband is thrilled with them - before the bins arrived I was using a hodgepodge of cardboard boxes and buckets. The new bins look good, they're sturdy, and roomy. I'm very happy with the purchase - we bought six of them and we are putting them to good use.

Comment: We don't have recycling pick-up available at our house so my husband and I were looking for sturdy bins that would fit easily in our garage and help us sort cans, glass and plastic. We love these bins! They are sturdy and don't take up much room in our garage. They hold a lot but still fit easily in either of our cars when we take them to empty at our local recycling facility. I'd definitely recommend these to others!!
