Summary: stylish and neat
Comment: a good product i would recommend. like some people mentioned, it does have a strong plastic smell at first, but it goes away. full size 17" notebook (hp dv7t) fits nicely in there, with some room to spare for a paper notebook and some blank cd-r media. (an inner pocket would be perfect for this, and i plan on sewing one in when i get a chance)
it would also be nice to have something to be able to tell which side is the top quickly. the zipper is assymetrical, so this helps, but not readily visible.
i do move around with it a lot, and i can put it on the passenger seat or on the car floor without it slipping around.
it's not the best for carrying as it has no handles... and a 5 minute walk with a 17" in hand can get tiresome quickly. it keeps the lappy clean and somewhat protected, though i would not trust this sleeve to do more than cover your laptop and protect it from scratches.
i plan on getting a pelican case to adequately protect my laptop when going out on gigs, but i assume this sleeve would do nicley for most people that don't need to move it around much, or to complement a laptop backpack or breifcase.

Comment: If you have a 17 inch wide screen notebook, you probably want the 15 inch neoprene laptop condom thing. I, instead of measuring my notebook, just thought, "hey I have a 17 inch screen notebook" (hypotenuse only, not width) so I was a little bummed because it is a little to big. But the design is nice, it has plenty of padding, (if you are concerned about that) and that is about it.

Summary: Definitely what I wanted
Comment: I really love my sleeve. I was feeling let down because of the lack of options for 17" cases and this one fit the bill. It is a bit large for my laptop, but that keeps it from scratching any of the finish with the zipper. The only tiny downside is that the cover inside the matching Belkin bag is a pretty tight fit. I like to think of it as being extra-protective and shock-absorbant.

Comment: Well constructed. Thick/soft material protects very nicely. Although, my Toshiba Qosmio x305 bearing fits into it. Have to stretch a bit to zipper but I don't mind because I know it secure.

Summary: Nice quality and cool colors
Comment: I purchased this right after I bought my new laptop last year and I've been using it ever since. I also have a computer bag I use along with it when I go on longer outings, but this is enough for everyday use when I just need to grab it and go for a couple hours. I like the color options they have so you're not just using the standard black like every other person around you might have. I went with what they call dove/tarragan (grey & green). It fits my 17 inch Dell just fine and seems to be made well enough to last for quite some time. If I find myself needing another, I'll buy from Belkin again.
