Comment: The volume is low. the first thing I tried is Yahoo music and some CDs/DVDs. I have not tried the Mic yet. Not impressed.

Comment: This product is very good for the price that I paid for it. It works fine for me when I am listening to music, talking on ventrilo, or playing games. I also like the mic mute feature which is helpful at times. Overall I have not had any problems with this products and would recommend it to whoever is looking for a new headset.

The microphone is nice and clean but missing a bit of low end. I can eq that back in during recordings.
The headphones sound ok, missing some extreme highs and lows.
Doesn't quite fit my big head, a little uncomfortable long term.

Comment: I bought the Logitech headset hoping it would be comfortable and easy to use and both my husband and I are delighted by the clarity of sound and the ease of use. It adjusts quickly and holds the position on your head. I recommend this unit for anyone who needs a microphone headset. We have used it for Sype and for just plain personal listening to music and videos online.

Summary: USB connector and cord fell apart
Comment: I'm going to exchange this for a new one because the plastic around the USB popped off and the wires became exposed. I'm hoping it's just a bad apple.
