Summary: So good, chefs travel with this
Comment: Went to a food event where chefs from around the nation talked about their craft. A chef from Washington, DC said that he travels with this oil---it is that good. Had to taste for myself so I ordered some, and he is telling the TRUTH! Best olive oil I have ever tasted. No bitterness, bright, yet smooth.

Comment: This is the finest olive oil - domestic or imported I have ever tasted. We use if for special occasions and general duty. It has a slightly fruity flavor and aftertaste. No bitter peppery finish. Just smooth and it enhances all we use it for. We have used many olive oils and this is by far numero uno to our taste!
