Comment: this little PMP is a perfect no-frills device for someone that just wants some a basic player to keep up on shows / movies / music while on the go. Doesn't have much in the way of bells and whistles, but it's easy to install the software, work the device, and love the fact that i could import and play my iTunes also.

Comment: Overall, great player with a very large display. The firmware needs some work. Audiobooks show up in the music list so shuffled playback selects random chapters for your listening pleasure. And a game or two wouldn't hurt. In my humble opinion this is the best player for the money.

Summary: Dead after 5 weeks of usage. Amazon won't exchange :(
Comment: Beware! I received my Zen 8GB on September 1, 2008 and it was fried within 5 weeks. Plugged it into my computer to juice battery and it never played again... What kills is Amazon, despite an obviously faulty product, will not exchange after 30 days. I'm working on the manufacturer, but this is a headache. Stay away - my last Creative product also fell apart within 6 months of usage.
