Customer Rating: Summary: logitec bkuetooth Comment: Great for small hands. It does lose connectivity once in a while. If you have a computer without bluetooth it is easy to configure, even on a windows machine. It will also work with Mac OS X. The product lives up to Logitec's good reputation.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great product! Comment: What concerns me the most whenever I use a bluetooth device for the first time is the reliability of the connection... This mouse works smoothly and flawlessly with my Broadcom 2045 built-in bluetooth module running with WIDCOMM 5.1.0.4200 software. Best of all, when I turn the mouse on it connects spontaneously in a second, and when my laptop wakes up from from standby it does the same thing with no intervention, and during operation there are no interruptions at all... To me, this is almost as reliable as wired USB. The rest of the feature are also great: looks good, well-built, right size and contour, works fine on all surfaces I tried it on, and I like the pouch. I've never been disappointed by a Logitech product.
Customer Rating: Summary: Long Battery Life Comment: Its been a month since i bought and received my V470. I bought it because i had malfunction on my previous bluetooth mouse, it needed new batteries every 2 days. This one on the other hand, is still running on the batteries it came with;i use it 24/7 and never turn it off. The battery life indicator on the top hasnt gone on yet, so i suppose it has about 5 more days of battery life left. The side scrolling its useful in games, browsing, and any other activity you can imagine, the buttons are customizable and its response time is great. Its also a laser mouse and not an optical, witch means that it has great precision on very odd surfaces.
Pros: Price, response time, usefulness, 6 buttons, BATTERY LIFE of over a month, small, stylish, battery life indicator, Cleans easily.
Cons: Kind of unbalanced on its back, white mouse gets dirty in heavy use.
Customer Rating: Summary: The Better Bluetooth Mouse Comment: I've had multiple bluetooth mice, most of them notebook or travel mice. This outperforms the Microsoft versions by far. It is sturdy and has a good feel in the hand. The mouse is very responsive, smooth, and has an on/off button. The size is just about right and the weight gives it a good feel in the hand. Connection setup was a breeze initially and I've never had any disconnection problems since. Highly recommended!
Customer Rating: Summary: Works with a MacBook but not so much with an iMac Comment: I got this mouse for my wife to use with her iMac. For some reason, the iMac often does not recognize the mouse. I don't know whether it's the fault of the iMac or the mouse. The mouse works fine with my MacBook.
My only other complaint is that I wish that this mouse had the two extra programmable buttons, like the Logitech LX7 has. When I'm using this mouse, I'm not using a full-size keyboard, and I miss having a really quick way to scroll up and down a full page in any application. Of course, I can hit fn-uparrow and fn-downarrow on the Apple keyboards, but I'd rather be able to scroll up and down a page with one button. Not a big deal, really, and I'm happy with how this mouse works with my MacBook.
