Summary: In a word: TERRIBLE!
Comment: What a disappointment. Besides the fact that the cartridges cannot be purchased from the reman companies, the printer has proven to be very unreliable. I use Windows XP, and the ability to print comes and goes. The problem seems to be related to the HP Windows driver. Too bad HP has stopped selling the very reliable HP 1020 and 1022 models.

Comment: We are currently using two of these in our office. One has been used for a few months now. Both are working great.

Summary: Doesn't work with Mac OS X Leopard
Comment: The title sums it up: It won't print, even with the new "Leopard" drivers, under OS X 10.5 Leopard. Jobs do not clear the print queue when complete. Tech support has strung me along since I bought the thing in January (it is now June). Now I don't want it anymore, but I'm stuck with it, and I'm angry. If you have a Mac, buy something else.
