Summary: very pleasing!
Comment: not so much of a movie or documentary, more like a peaceful background for when you need to relax a little bit!

Summary: Should be used at Guantanamo Bay
Comment: To each his own, I suppose, but the "music" on this DVD, while sort of nice at first, ended up getting on my very last nerve. It reminded me a little of the music you hear as you are walking through Disney's Epcot, which I actually like, but this one really manages to take that musical experience to an unexplored level of irritation.

I got the Blue-Ray version through Netflix to test play before I decided to buy, which as it turns out was a wise move on my part. I think the visuals are excellent, and if I had ended up buying it I am sure I would have played it on my 65" HDTV with the sound turned off, putting my own tunes in the background. But that's not really what you want to end up doing after spending good money on one of these DVDs, is it? I'll leave this one in the stores, thanks.

Summary: Stunning
Comment: I absolutely love this blu-ray. I watch it over and over and still enjoy it just as much each time. As a scuba diver, i feel like i'm getting the next best thing watching this, when i can't be in the water. the quality is phenomenal, and anyone interested in the underwater world will marvel at the interesting critters shown going about their business. Please note though that this is not a documentary as such, it has no commentary, and if i was to find any fault at all with it it would be the background (elevator) music. but hey, turn that down and put your own music on if you prefer. It's awesome!

Summary: Wonderful DVD
Comment: We really enjoyed this DVD. The images are so clear you can see tiny fish and other creatures swirling in the sea water. The video moves at a good pace for relaxed viewing. The music is overall pleasing. I would recommend this as a great product if you are looking for moving art to display on your HD screen.

Summary: Not too impressed
Comment: Not super impressed with the quality of this disc. Supposed to be in 1080P so I excpected a super crisp picture. I have seen a lot better HD on Discovery HD in 1080i.
