Summary: product was fine despite horrible packaging
Comment: The 3 filters were shipped to us placed in a torn box that was for a different product. A hand written note indicated "look inside the box". The filters themselves were in good shape, but I will not purchase from this vendor again.

Comment: When my filter gets dirty, who you gunna call? iRobot! Some people hate these guys [iRobot], and that is why I buy mine [filters] on Amazon.com. Amazon.com seems to always have these in stock, despite all the gripes and complaints I seems to see written about their unavailability.
Highly recommended for those who want their Roomba's to function!

Comment: The package is delayed by USPS for about 10 days. I didn't realize it because I ordered several things from Amazon. When I noticed this, I contacted customer service. They checked with USPS. And after one day I got the package.

Comment: This is a pretty simple product, not much could go wrong with it. I got it and yes installing new filters do make your roomba work better. I also recommend some of the replacement brushes if you feel your roomba isn't like it used to be. You don't have to change sweeper bags on this thing but it does need things to be replaced sometimes.
