Summary: Cretan olive oil is outstanding !
Comment: I have been using Liohori Olive Oil for over 5 years. Always fruity and aromatic, but not too overwhelming or bitter. Don't settle for the lessor quality oils of other countries. I have never been disappointed with this oil (or any oil from Crete, for that matter).
