Summary: Patch Perfect Worked for Me!
Comment: People, if you read the instructions and follow the instructions, especially with regard to watering, you will find that the product works. I was ready to put my home on the market and needed to have the lawn look good especially in corners and along the walk way. My grass area is mix of hard ground and clay and within 4 days the grass started coming up and my neighbors took notice and bought a ton of it for their lawns. Very easy to use. In two weeks my house sold and the buyers asked for my secret.

Comment: Although I concede that this product works, it does not cover 200 square feet. 200 square feet is more than the amount of grass I have on my property and the tiny bag ran out after the first 20 feet. I sent back the card that guarantees this product asking for a partial refund and they never responded. I looked for their phone number and it was not listed.

Summary: RIP OFF
Comment: I bought these after seeing a commercial on television. Not only are these Perfect Patch seeds expensive, but they do not grow! The advertising claims are fraud, and the product simply does not work.
I ran a test of seeds I purchased at my local home improvement store next to these seeds, and the much cheaper seeds I bought at the local store grew extremely well, while these "specially formulated" seeds grew poorly. They both received the exact same sunlight, water, etc.
DO NOT WASTER YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!! I AM GOING TO CONTACT MY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT ALLEGING FALSE ADVERSITING SO I CAN TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE COMPANY.

Comment: bought this to fill in bare spots on a new lawn (we have a lot of hard pan and while areas of my lawn are lush and green some are slow to start so I bought this to speed up the process of filling in the patchy areas) - sprinkled, watered, and a week later - nothing: has not even began to sprout; disappointed by how little coverage one gets in a bag; a bag of regulare seed goes 10 times farther for the same price and to be honest I got better results with the store brand

Summary: IT WORKS
Comment: I had read some previously written reviews after I had already ordered the product and all of them were negative. So of course my suspicions were flashing red. My husband put the patch perfect down and watered as indicated on the package and it worked just like the commercials I had seen said it would. Two thumbs up from our family.
I would recommend you try it for yourself before you decide not to buy it, because everybody don't follow instructions their given.
