When AC/DC came crashing through the gates of Castle Donington in August if 1991, they were headlining their third "Monsters Of Rock" festival at the fabled venue. They proceeded to assault the massive audience with a two hour set chock-full of their greatest hits, and an over the top visual spectacle that included firing cannons, the hells bell and giant inflatable Rosie. Filmed in 35mm Panavision with 26 cameras (including a helicopter) and newly remastered for Blu-ray Disc, AC/DC Live At Donington is one of the greatest live concert documents of all time.

Comment: I am 35, and I have been an AC-DC fan for 25 years ever since I borrowed my brother's cassette for Back in Black, this DVD has most of the best of the band and in a Live stage in front of a huge crowd which adds up to the extra addrenalin boost you are going to receive when purchasing this DVD. Panoramic scenes and takes, light show but best of all the performance and sound are very good for this production. I could be watching this DVD everyday, actually I do. This is what I wake up daily to and you should to. The whole band still rock like always.

Comment: This DVD is non-stop and totally entertaining. If you like AC/DC, you'll love this. AC/DC is very animated and Angus Young does not stop during his performance. The camera shots of the expansive crowd are unbelievable. I wish I had been at Donington when they had this concert.

Comment: Wow! What atmosphere! Pity about the fake sound. But the atmosphere at the concert must have been truly magnificent! And the way they captured it on film! I was blown away! This must be the visually most exciting dvd in my whole collection! It's just a pity about the sound.
But then, I suppose nothing's perfect.
I must say, if wasn't for the sound, this would have been the best live dvd in my entire collection, by far!
If you can live with canned sound, get this!
