Summary: Good, but pricey and outdated
Comment: This is a good digital cable with a very strong and protected outer mesh, but it's an HDMI 1.3 cable that works just as well (no better, no worse) than every other HDMI 1.3 cable I own. I used this for a while, and was satisfied with the results, but ultimately upgraded to a cheaper HDMI 1.3 Category 2 cable and haven't looked back.

Comment: I read all the review on HDMI cables at Amazon.com and settled for the Sony brand. I've always liked Sony products and was not disappointed in what I got. It has a wire loom-like covering and just shows quality all around. Just for a few bucks more I would settle for this product again. I use it for my Viewsonic VX2835 HD connection to a PS3.

Summary: Worth every penny.....
Comment: For long time I was a believer who believed all HDMI cables are made equal and since the digital signal is carried over the HDMI cable, the cable quality does not matter much. BUT after I bought this cable the truth dawned upon me that all HDMI cables are NOT made equal.
I have a cheap HDMI cable at home which I bought for $10/- last year. I picked this new PS3 HDMI cable recently and when I connected this cable to PS3 I could see the clear difference compared to the cheaper cable. Video Quality and Sound are much better than the cheaper cable.
Pros:
+ Good signal (improved clarity and sound over a cheaper HDMI)
+ Long cable
+ Strong nylon sheathing protects cable from inadvertent accidents
+ Solid quality (you will feel it when you hold the cable)
+ USB cable is long and again with protective covering.
Cons:
- May be lill' expensive for a cable
Highly recommended for PS3 and other HDMI needs.

Summary: Does not work with Samsung LCD's
Comment: Bought this for my Ps3 and new Samsung 46 750 tv....unfortunately, does not work and samsung cannot get a signal to display - still using the ps3 a/v cords and picture is not any better than a regular tv...sony and samsung support lines no help - waste of my money.
