Summary: A PIECE OF JUNK
Comment: I don't see how the seller back up this product for 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I wrote to them for a return and no more replied. It is very easy to decribe this product...a piece of junk. It doesn't worth a star at all.

Comment: The package shark was a disappointment overall. I've seen better opening tools on the market - in fact Amazon sells the best one by far. the Open It! by Zibra. The battery scissors with the shark do not work very well at all.

Comment: Well, after receiving this product in the mail (as stated in the previous reviews, you get two) we opened our first one with scissors and tried to open the second one with this "wonderful new tool." It broke! What we've purchased here are two VERY expensive razor blades... because the plastic housing (difficult to adjust) broke. This is a great idea, if it were designed as a re-loadable unit in a better housing... but I can't say whether or not it really would work. BUYER BEWARE... We were definitely taken and sorry to have to admit it.

Comment: This is really garbage. I got the 2 for one deal and with my first use of the package shark the small blade seem to be chip/damage already. And this first time use was on the other package shark. Nice concept but this really needs improvement. I say spend your 20 bucks on a good pair of scissor and open your packages.
If I could give this zero stars I would.

Comment: I received two of the package shark pro's. I opened up one package with scissors. After finally being able to get the razor blade in the proper position (it is difficult to move the guide locks) I attempted to open the second package to see how it works - and the unit broke! First time of use and it broke. It's a piece of junk and total waste of money. I feel like I got ripped off.
