It was a special request by a seriously ill relative so I was very happy to find it but concerned by the negative reviews. Ordered it anyway on a holiday weekend. THEN I rethought my plans and called the company to see if I could get expedited shipping. They took my call on a Sunday and despite the Monday holiday, I had the jacket on Wednesday. And the relative loves it. Good quality, soft and well-made.
