It heats and really exfoilates your body. Since it is sea salt, and there is always going to be a bit of residue on the skin, I always follow my exfoliation w/ body wash (philosophy has great flavors), and then finish w/ some lotion (my pick is Benefit-Bathina: "touch me and try to leave cream"). My skin has never been so soft and I always smell so great...
p.s. I only exfoliate once a week, any more than that makes my skin dry. So, don't overuse and the tub will last for month's!!
