2 ounce bottle of a high quality Alcohol based flavor. Great for making a delicious sauce or ice cream. These flavors are concentrated flavoring agents. They are distilled oils of nuts and fruits that are dissolved in a water base. As they have no alcohol, and are not as aromatic. They are used to add flavor to candy, specialty dishes, baked goods and desserts. They will keep for long periods in a cool dark place tightly closed. Great for the pastry chef in you.
