Comment: I purchased two of these toilet seats for our daycare and they work great. I have researched so many other potty seats and finally decided on this one after reading the reviews. It is easy to install (didn't need to get one of my male assistants.) It is very comfortable for adults, feels just like a regular toilet seat. Our daycare kids love it. They feel much more secure sitting on it than on the traditional soft, portable ones that shift when they climb on. They love being able to lift up and close the lid themselves and sit on a seat just like the "grown ups."
The company's customer service is wonderful. They email you first, after purchase to make sure the correct seat was purchased and answer any questions you may have. Don't look any further. Buy this one.

Summary: Not as great as I would like...
Comment: I purchased this for my three year old. The toddler seat is too big for her. It might be more her size when she is 5, but for now she still has to prop herself and is afraid of falling in. The seat is not strong enough to sit on when it is closed. This is a problem that I have had with other seats and replaced them with stronger ones. The seat bends when you sit on it when closed, which means I have to sit on the floor during bath time. Also the slow close is great, but the toddler seat does not slow close, allowing for crushed fingers. The seat is okay, but could be better.

Comment: The seat is great for kids. OK for adults. I didn't think I'd miss the space taken up by the seat, but I actually do. It helps to place my feet on a stool (we bought one at the same time for my son to be able to have his feet on something solid), otherwise I feel like I'm tipping forward. LOVE the quiet close, no slamming this one.

Summary: Fantastic Family Potty Seat!
Comment: Finally a toilet seat for the whole family-no more individual seats, handles, or "frameworks" cluttering the bathrooms! It's made of a hard plastic, nothing flimsy so neither adults or kids feel like they're going to fall into the bowl. The kids' portion is first under the lid (lid has an interesting heart-shaped design as my daughter pointed out) and is nicely contoured and actually keeps the messes inside/underneath where messes should be! The kids' seat stays up so adults need not worry about it falling down. Best thing was how easy it was to install the seat--READ the instructions on the outside of the package. It's so easy to take the seat on and off if and when needed--just turn a lever to lock/unlock. BUY THIS ONE!
