Comment: I bought this product to back up my laptop and it does the job! It does not require a seperate cable for power - simply the usb cable. I havn't had any errors with it so far. The only flaws that I don't like is that the usb cable is short, and that it has its own program to copy programs (which I find it useless since I just copy and paste the files into the hard drive). Other than that, it's nice, slick, portable, and USER FRIENDLY. Recommended!

Comment: I'm very pleased with this purchase. The drive is quite portable, and extremely easy to use. I've had no problems with it at all, and like the file transfer speeds. For some reason, the Western Digital software that comes installed in this drive won't install on my pc. So I really have no idea whether there are some good features I'm missing out on. For this reason, I gave the product 4 stars out of 5.
