Customer Rating: Summary: Comfortable Stable Shoe Comment: I have have purchased previous versions of the Wave Nirvana and enjoyed them very much. I haven't been so crazy about the styling of the recent Nirvana's, but this year's model is a great mix of performance and styling.
The cushioning and stability of this shoe is great for medium to long distance runs, but is too heavy for my shorter runs.

Since I already own a pair of Nirvana 3's I decided i would buy a pair of the newer version and they have not disappointed. Of all the things that ached on my body when I began training again, my feet were not one of them. Great shoe.
