The Ergo-Mat mouse pad uses a soft memory foam interior and its surface is sloped 4 degrees. The sloped surface allows you to position the pad so it conforms to your wrist's natural angle while the memory foam reduces pressure wherever your hand touches the pad. Great with both mechanical and optical mice.

Summary: Ergo is the way to go.
Comment: I was very skeptical of the ergo mat at first. I thought it would be to stiff and make my wrists uncomfortable. After using it one day i was in love with it and then i had to have the memory foam wrist wrest. It has made my fingers, wrists,and elbows feel soooooooo much better. A+++++. Great product and a great buy.
