Comment: This player is the best thing next to an Ipod which I couldn't afford for my wife. She is so happy to have this and be able to watch her favorite movies when we go out places and she gets bored with me LOL. I am so glad to have found something for her since she is so hard to buy for. And Pro Ebiz is fantastic as far as support goes. She converts her movies into the correct format and she is in heaven. All I have to do is keep up with the mini discs it takes to hold all her movies. Thanks Pro Ebiz.

Summary: Awesome Product
Comment: After extensive research I was a little skeptical of purchasing this product. Thursday night I purchased this and Monday morning it was delivered to my job site. Packaging was perfect. When I got to the player itself, I was impressed. It looked like the Apple Ipod. Needless to say, I started playing with this gadget and everyone was coming to look. They thought it was the real thing. The touch screen is wonderful, the sound quality is great, and the player itself is beautiful and sleek. The click and drag feature for downloading music and photos is convient. I am still trying to figure out how to download movies...Emailed the seller and got a response the same day. After all is said and done, 3 people from my job are now ordering their teenagers and children this amazing mp3/mp4 player. One fellow co-worker is electronic savvy and actually owns an Apple Ipod touch..He was really impressed. We put them side by side and you couldn't tell the difference. Overall, I think my daughter will love this and I will recommend as well as do business with this company again...

Summary: 4gb The screen went blank after 1 week
Comment: I purchased a 16gb while my husband purchased the 4gb player, after 1week the screen on the 4gb went BLANK. I have an 30g Ipod 5th generation and decided to purchcase the 16gb mp4 player for about $72 because of the ease of file conversion and the supposedly longer battery life, however it wasn't as easy as they claim and so far I've only been able to play avi files only. And thats only after I downloaded a file converter, and even then, I will sometimes get a file error message! The battery lasts about 2hrs when watching a video(I was told 5 hrs). I havent tested it when listening to music only because I purchased it to watch videos while I'm walking on the treadmill. The screen size is a plus and the screen resolution is Ok. I noticed one of the other reviewers had trouble with the touch screen, but my 16gb is pretty good in this area. I love the concept of this player and so did my husband before his screen went blank, but because of the poor warranty or no warranty on this product,and the limited technical support for this player I would be a little hesitant about purchasing it.

Summary: Awesome in Every Way! Not a SINGLE problem.
Comment: I received this item, wary of some complaints customers have had, and let me say: This thing rocks! It packs an amazing amount of features for the price. I've already beat the thing to heck in back (Had a hard crash on my PC while it was still plugged in) and it works great. Never freezes, touchscreen has good sensitivity (after calibration).
The battery charger is quick and easy to use, the video converting software from the company website is lightweight and does it's job. The video playback quality is great, and the included earbuds are good as well. The only con is the external speaker (not that good) but I never use that anyway.
I really like how simple it is to load music, plug it in, then drag and drop MP3 files. No special software needed.
If you are thinking about buying this but are scared by some of the bad reviews - get it. This isn't a $300 iPod touch, so don't expect one. This is an inexpensive awesome touchscreen media player.

Comment: I purchased this product a while ago and returned it promptly. Customer support was childish but very quick.
My main issues with this procduct were:
1:) Very poor sound quality. The 1/8th phono jack output was terrible. No matter how I adjusted, the sound quality was muted, and overly tinny. The external speaker was unusable.
2:) While the LCD quality seemed ok, I had many issues with video conversion and playback. Screen sensitivity ranged from quick to slow.
Overall fit and finish was very poor, typical of generic rockfish equipped "MP4" players.
Save your money for something better. Creative and Samsung have FAR superior offerings for a bit more.
