Comment: This GPS unit worked as advertized and a great deal. I am still learning how everything works, but I have used it on one trip of about 100 miles and it worked very well. I really like the hands free feature and was very pleased with the quality of the sound. The voice coming from the internal speaker is loud and clear. The 4.3 inch screen is easy to see and is really bright and clear. I am not sure how the FM transmitter works yet, but it is a pretty cool feature. I wish I had bought this GPS sooner, it is going to make travel much simpler.

Comment: Looked like new worked like new - loved the refub deal. A lot of features and am still playing with it to figure it out... love the Bluetooth phone deal. Only issue so far if you have music and direction playing on car radio it does not redirect the phone conversation to car radio... ( if i am missing it please feel free to educate me) - I will recommend it...

Comment: The Tom-Tom GO 720 does what was promised. I am not a GPS expert and the TomTom brand is all I have used (ONE 3rd edition and now the GO 720).
The navigation is easy to use, the map recalculations are quick, and the screen is very customizable. The Negative on the product is that the FM transmitter is a bit too weak. Even when tuned to a non-used station, any interference comes through, and also you need to keep scanning for unused stations when traveling. I will try the cassette adapter on the next trip to see if it is any better.
The light sensor worked well changing between the day and night views as needed. I added a 2 GB memory card to load MP3 files which allowed us to not carry 15 CDs on our trip. (I would go with a 4GB or larger next time)
The highway speed indicator was nice to have, it let us know when we were three miles an hour over the speed limit and beeped and flashed till we got back down to speed.
This was a great feature as we had a new driver (16 year old) that tended to drift in speed, this allowed us to keep the card speed in front of us and let the new driver also know when she was speeding. (Very nice feature)
The battery test went for about 4 hours, this was a better than I was expecting based on other reports I have read.

Comment: I got this product for a steal along with a one year gold level subscription to [...]. I am a city courier and this was a deal made for me for I am a fan of both audiobooks and GPS. With the Voice Recognition I can load a 25 stop route itenerary in about 5 minutes. I don't understand why they don't advertise the voice recognition feature here for it is a blessing when loading an itenerary in a short time plus it is much safer for it dialogs back to you and there is no need to even look at the GPS itself but for a brief second to give orders for the next stop. As for the person who complained about the GPS not giving street names they need to simply choose a non-human voice for only the computer voice is able to give street names and more exact directions, warnings etc. As a full time courier I love all the warning features such as approaching schools, speed excess etc. I am 100% satisfied having really put this product through major testing of 1.000 Kansas City metro miles this past week. For the record, when you are told to "keep left" or "keep right" it is simply trying to tell you that if you stay in the far left or far right lane you will end up in a turn or exit lane - it is not telling you to merge over to the far left or far right. I find this feature very helpful for it keeps you from those moments when you suddenly realize you are in the wrong lane. For the price you cannot go wrong here. Like new and warranty for one year. Drive safely and be kind to Couriers :)
