Summary: Good tuner, no software
Comment: Probably the best tuner in the market (or consumer-level anyway), does indeed come with a remote, but as typically the case with OEM it does not come with ATI's tuner software. My understanding is that this software does not work with my XP-64 OS anyway, and people with a media edition OS would not need it since that functionality is built in. Currently using this with Sage TV software and a Antennas Direct Clearstream 4 antenna, great picture quality and no issues except Sage doesn't fully support the remote. The brand of the card was Diamond.
