Customer Rating: Summary: Great product!! Comment: This is a wonderful bassinet... I love it. The only thing that I am not completely crazy about are the wheels. Something about the way they were made makes it difficult to maneuver- but other than that, it is great! i love the baskets and storage spaces also. Customer Rating: Summary: Good. Comment: The bassinet looks great in the picture, however the color of the fabric is somewhat dull and mine was dirty in several places. The baskets are not as sturdy but they will serve a purpose. Overall it is a good bassinet. I just wish it would swing/rock. It's a wonderful piece and my only regret is that I will not be able to use it longer. It's a great size for having baby in my bedroom in the early months and has really been a wonderful convenience. The bassinet/moses basket feature is handy. When construction was being done on my house and yard I could move the baby's bed with or without him in it to quiet parts of the house which was great. It is great looking, very handy design, quality construction, and Kolcraft has great customer service.
Cons: The changing table feature isn't super easy to access and put away one handed (if you're holding baby), but it's not a really a big deal. Also, a seam started to tear out on the changing table after just two uses but Kolcraft responded to my notification to them immediately, sent me a new one right away, and had the failed one picked up so their engineers could analyze it. I suspect that was just a fluke and would not be concerned about it if you are considering buying this item.
